Isabgol, also called psyllium, is obtained from the seeds of plantago ovata and is very high in dietary fiber. It has a natural gelatinous substance. After you soak it in water, it swells forming an emollient gel.

Usage
• 5 to 10 gm of Isabgol Bhusi can be taken daily for your good health.
• For a better result take twice daily and within a month changes will be noticed.
• It can be taken with water or fruit juice or even with milk as well.
